JJ One Stop Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation or opinions about which forms to file. We are a document preparation and notarial services provider.

We prepare only the documents you direct us to prepare, based on the information you provide. If you need legal advice, consult a licensed attorney.

Appointment requests are confirmed by phone or email. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a mobile appointment; travel fees may apply to same-day cancellations after the notary has departed.

Georgia notarial act fees are set by state law. Travel, translation, business, website and design fees are as published on our pricing page or as quoted and approved in writing before work begins.

Government filing fees are billed separately at cost and are non-refundable once submitted.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information and documents you provide, and for presenting valid, unexpired identification for any notarial act.

A notary may lawfully refuse a notarization when identification, capacity or willingness cannot be verified.

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for outcomes decided by government agencies.
