Georgia Notarial Fee Notice
Georgia law authorizes a fee of $2 for each notarial act.
A separate additional $2 may be charged only upon the customer's request for a certificate from the Clerk of Superior Court confirming the effectiveness of the notary's commission.

Mobile Notary Travel & Convenience Fee Disclosure
Travel and convenience fees compensate for travel time, mileage, vehicle expenses, and the convenience of mobile service. These charges are separate from any Georgia-authorized notarial fee.
The total estimated cost of the appointment will be disclosed and agreed upon before the notary travels to the appointment location.

The Mobile Notary Process
