USCIS requires a full English translation of any foreign-language document, plus a signed statement from the translator certifying competence and accuracy.
Every element counts: seals, stamps, marginal notes and handwritten annotations must all appear in the translation.
Notarization of the translation is not required by USCIS, though some schools and courts request it. We can provide it either way.
